How extensive is your Customer Support?
We are dedicated to providing quality customer services. If you should experience technical difficulties our experienced group of technicians will promptly attend to the matter. It is imperative to our success as company that the service we provide to you functions smoothly and reliably.

What do you mean when you say your service is normally "line of site" service?
To receive our high speed Internet, you first must have a quality connection to one of our Internet Delivery Antennas. The subscriber's antenna (normally a Directional antenna located outside the users building), must "see" or have an "unobstructed view" of our Internet Delivery Antenna. If the subscriber's antenna is changed from a Directional antenna to an Omni Directional antenna and, have an additional piece of equipment called an "Access Point" installed, the subscriber can then have "local roaming" high speed Internet service!

What do you mean by the term "local roaming"?
Localized roaming is when users or subscribers have the ability to move freely in and around an area or building that has an Omni Directional Internet Delivery Antenna nearby. If the antenna is located within a block or so of the roaming computer, the user can roam or move around the area without line of site. This "roaming computer" must be equipped with a radio card and a high gain "rabbit ear" antenna attached, and also must be authorized by us to access our wireless system.
